Mr. Harrison is a Partner of Inlet Road Capital Management. Previously, Mr. Harrison was a Principal with

Pouschine Cook, a middle-market private equity firm focused on healthcare services and differentiated B-2-B opportunities in the lower middle market.  Prior to Pouschine Cook, Mr. Harrison was a Vice President at Altpoint, where he was responsible for investments in the business services and telecommunications infrastructure sectors and overseeing investments in sectors including digital infrastructure, animal health, specialty distribution, cellular towers,  and payment processing.  Previously, Mr. Harrison was an Associate with Macquarie’s Industrials and Infrastructure group where he worked on the acquisition, development and financings on behalf of Macquarie’s internally managed funds.

Brian is a board member of Druid City Vital Care, a multi-unit operator of infusion pharmacies within the Vital Care Infusion Services franchise network. He is also a board member of Pharmacy (503A compounding and

fulfillment pharmacy supporting telemedicine brands) and Griswold Home Care (franchisor of non-medical home care services). Previously, Brian served as a board observer at Golden State Dermatology, IVESCO, VAZATA, ANARAQ, and a national data center platform.

Mr. Harrison began his career at Brown Brothers Harriman’s Merchant Banking Group and graduated with a B.S. from the Vanderbilt School of Engineering.

Mr. Jenkins is a Partner of Inlet Road Capital Management, LLC. He was a Managing Director and Director at Pouschine Cook since 1999. Rob has worked extensively with founder and family-owned businesses, with particular emphasis on best practice implementation in disciplines such as governance, strategic planning, human capital development, operational improvements, information systems upgrades, and financial oversight and guidance. Rob was previously an SVP at S.N. Phelps & Co., and was a Principal at Head & Company LLC, a private equity firm specializing in the insurance industry, where he worked for eight years.  Rob began his professional career at KPMG Peat Marwick, where he was a financial services Senior Auditor in New York City.

Rob is a board member of Druid City Vital Care, the largest operator within the Vital Care Infusion Services

franchise network, operating 10 pharmacy locations across the Southeastern United States and the Rocky Mountain West regions. He is also a board member of Curexa (503A compounding and fulfillment pharmacy in support of telemedicine wellness brands) and is Vice Chairman of Southern Dental Alliance (Southeastern-based DSO providing non-clinical business / administrative services to affiliated dental clinics). Prior to the sale of each company, Rob was a director of Drilltec Technologies (manufacturer of OCTG thread protectors and protective transportation systems), and Doe & Ingalls (a specialty chemicals distribution and supply chain company). Rob was also a board observer at SDI (outsourced services to optimize the MRO supply chain for

manufacturers across a range of industries), Fantastic Sams Hair Salon (franchisor), and Golden State

Dermatology (provider of practice management services to dermatology clinics).

Rob graduated from Middlebury College cum laude with a degree in Mathematics & Computer Science, and from New York University Leonard N. Stern School of Business.
